Leadership in Summer at Porter’s is not a destination: it’s a progression. Through our Leaders in Training program, girls learn to guide, mentor and inspire others while developing the professional skills, responsibility and confidence that prepare them for success beyond camp.

All Leaders in Training programs run Monday through Friday, 8:45 am - 3:15 pm. Open to girls entering grades 10 – 11.

Every day in Leaders in Training is intentionally designed to balance leadership development with real-world experience. Participants build practical skills through interactive workshops before putting those lessons into action by mentoring younger campers, supporting camp operations and reflecting on their growth.
